Quotes provided online represent initial commercial estimates and become binding upon issuance of a formal signed Proforma Invoice (PI) and Sales Contract.

2. Intellectual Property & Catalog Rights

3. OEM / ODM Customization & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

• Client-Supplied Designs: All proprietary design sketches, dimensional drawings, branding assets, and custom upholstery materials provided by clients remain their exclusive intellectual property.
• Confidentiality Commitment: Cheerman readily executes bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) prior to prototype development, ensuring that custom molds and proprietary designs will never be displayed publicly or distributed to third parties.

4. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), Samples & Production Lead Times

• Minimum Order Quantities: Our standard MOQ is 1 unit (1 PC) across all product lines, allowing global buyers to evaluate single-piece samples, place custom bespoke orders, or combine mixed-container shipments (FCL/LCL) with full factory OEM/ODM support.
• Sample Policy: Pre-production samples can be produced upon request. Sample fees and international courier charges are credited back against subsequent full-container orders.
• Lead Times: Standard production lead times are typically 20 to 35 business days following deposit receipt and final material swatch confirmation.
